calender-icon 17 August 2023

The Kailash Mansarovar yatra is one of the more challenging trekking journeys in the world. It is because of the number of days you have to walk and the altitude at which you must walk. The route you must take to reach Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar is not easy either. Especially for Nepalese and Indians, as they have to travel for days to reach Mount Kailash.

Despite being so challenging, it is still one of the most renowned and enquired treks. It is probably due to the religious beliefs among Hindus, Buddhists, and Bons. In Hinduism and Buddhism, Mount Kailash is believed to be the center of the spiritual universe, holding high importance to getting closer to God.
