It’s one of the most recognized overnight halts during the trekking time in Annapurna region. The village also attracts local travellers from across the country. The view of Annapurna Mountain ranges including Machhapuchre and Himchuli are spectacular from Ghandruk.

Ghandruk village is the most visited trekking area in Nepal. Ghandruk village, the second Gurung village of Nepal is promoting rural tourism with the local resources. The major attractions of Ghandruk village are friendly Gurung community and the people. Besides this, the unspoiled culture, rural lifestyle, local foods, guest reception and the mesmerizing view of glittering Himalayas will capture your heart.

Outline Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu to Pokhara Day 2: Pokhara to Ghandruk Day 3: Ghandruk to Pokhara Day 4: Pokhara to Kathmandu

Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara. We will have Lunch on the way. (7-8 hrs. approx.)

Drive from Pokhara to Ghandruk. (3-4 hrs. approx.) Then hike to Ghandruk which will take approximately 45 minutes.

Early morning sunrise view from Ghandruk. Then drive back from Ghandruk to Pokhara.

Drive back from Pokhara to Kathmandu (7-8 hrs. approx.)
